FluentWay Terms and Conditions

Welcome to FluentWay! By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling in any course or making any payments.

1. General Enrollment Terms:

  • All students must complete the registration process by providing accurate and up-to-date information.

  • FluentWay reserves the right to modify courses, schedules, and fees at any time. We will notify students of any changes.

  • The student agrees to adhere to the course guidelines, including attending scheduled lessons and completing exams within the provided time limits.

2. Payment Terms:

  • Payment for the courses is required upfront. All payments must be made in Bitcoin, Ethereum, or USDT (Tether).

  • Payment confirmation must be sent to customerservice@fluentway.online with your payment receipt attached. Once your payment is verified, we will process your enrollment.

  • Payment covers access to course materials, Zoom lessons, and additional support, as specified for each course.

  • Students are responsible for ensuring that they provide accurate cryptocurrency payment details. FluentWay is not liable for any lost payments due to incorrect details.

3. Refund Policy:

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available within 14 days after payment if the student has not accessed any course material or attended any lessons. Requests for refunds must be sent to customerservice@fluentway.online with proof of payment.

  • Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 6 months from the date of the request. Refunds will be made in the same cryptocurrency used for payment, minus any applicable transaction fees.

  • Once a course has been started (self-study or live lessons), refunds will no longer be issued.

4. Course Resumption and Access:

  • If a student needs to pause their learning, they may resume from where they left off by logging into the Course Resumption Portal.

  • Students must pay the current stage fees to continue their lessons and access new content.

  • Progress is tracked, and students can resume from the first, second, or third month without needing to restart the course entirely.

5. Exams and Certifications:

  • Students will take exams at the end of each course stage. Exams must be completed within 20 minutes. Late submissions will result in score reductions (1% per minute after the time limit).

  • Cheating during exams is strictly prohibited. Any student caught cheating may face suspension or disqualification from receiving their FluentWay Language Certificate.

  • Upon completing all four exams successfully, students will receive a FluentWay certificate, confirming their proficiency in the chosen language.

6. Use of Course Materials:

  • All course materials provided by FluentWay, including lesson PDFs, videos, and resources, are for personal use only. Students are not permitted to share, distribute, or sell these materials.

  • Any misuse of materials may result in termination of access to the platform and legal action if necessary.

7. Lesson Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Students can reschedule Zoom lessons by informing FluentWay at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to inform FluentWay in time may result in the loss of the lesson without a refund.

  • Students who wish to cancel an ongoing course must notify customerservice@fluentway.online and follow the proper procedure.

8. Privacy and Data Protection:

  • FluentWay is committed to protecting your personal information. We will only use your data for course-related purposes, including communication, progress tracking, and certifications.

  • We will not share your information with any third party without your consent.
