Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

You are entitled to request a refund for your course within 14 days of payment, provided you have not accessed any course materials or participated in any lessons.

The refund request period is counted from the day you made your payment. Refunds will not be issued after you have started using the self-study materials or participated in live sessions.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, you must notify us via a clear written statement. Please email us at customerservice@fluentway.online with your payment details and reason for the refund.

Refund Processing Time:

Once we receive and approve your refund request, the refund will be processed within 3 to 6 months from the date of approval. Refunds will be made in the same cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, or USDT) used for the original payment, and no additional fees will be incurred for this transaction.

Refund Conditions:

• Refund requests will only be considered if made within 14 days of payment.

• No refunds will be issued if any course material has been accessed or lessons have been attended.

• The refund amount will exclude any applicable transaction fees that occurred during the initial payment process.

Refund Denial:

FluentWay reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above conditions. Once course materials have been accessed or live lessons have begun, refunds are no longer eligible.
